When you choose to favor the mind over the body, it makes you a really squishy target, so counterbalance it with heavy armor! The best class in the game is actually the hardest to play through, and this is because you have almost no defense to speak of. Though it would be safe to choose a skill-buffing feat, I say the very first feat you choose should be the heavy armor feat.

Falk via "Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic" Picking Your Feats Heavy armor is going to see you safely through early to mid-game struggles, so get it as your first feat. There are so many crucial persuade checks that require your charisma to be calculated in as well, so this attribute level is unarguable-just do it and thank me later. Charisma 18: Like in any RPG worth its salt, charisma is your most important attribute.During the late-game, this attribute will save you from dying in places like Korriban when you're getting hit with force stun and insanity every other turn. Wisdom 16: This is a late-game attribute, but it is best leveled up early on because all of your force powers and resistances depend on this attribute.Alternatively, you can put all your points from dexterity into intelligence for that extra buff to skill points. Intelligence 10: We want to offset the negative debuff on intelligence because losing skill points every level up really hurts in the long-run.Items offset the need for any points in constitution. You'll be easier to kill, but there are enough items in the game to keep you alive through any situation. Constitution 8: If you play the game properly, searching every nook and cranny, you shouldn't need any points in constitution. You'll be offering yourself a few dexterity saves early-game, and that can make all the difference between life and death.

Dexterity 10: The main reason to put any points into this is to offset the negative debuff for putting any less.Alternatively, you can take all your points out of dexterity and put them in strength for a more easygoing early-game. Strength 8: Though this is going to make your early-game experience relatively difficult, it is going to allow you to put more skills elsewhere that'll make the late game a cinch.
